Gayathri is a multitalented young girl. She has been accredited with several well-deserved titles to her including young scientist at the science museum awarded by GlaxoSmithKline for the Fight Malaria Research challenge last year. Recently she received the crest award from the British Science Association.

| exempted in age & won the PSM Talent award. Gayathri is extremely fortunate to have a renowned Nritya Acharya Ratna’ Usha Raghavan Director, Kalasagara UK who has helped her to progress quickly in this art form. Gaya completed her Diploma in 2015 with Oriental Examination Board London (OEBL) and received the title “Natya Kala Jothi” . She has been frequently performing charity shows and other cultural programs since the age of 5. Her Guru’s constant encouragement and the support given by her mother have motivated Gayathri to perform “arangetram” ceremony. |
In addition to Bharathanatyam, Gaya trained in other skills in instrumental music and art forms. Gaya is learning Veena from Sangeetha Archarya Ratna, Sangeetha Vidvan Smt Sivatharini Sahadevan and completed her diploma in 2016 with OEBL and received the title “Sangeetha Kala Jothi”.
She is learning Eastern Violin (Post Graduate Diploma) from Mr Balu Raghu raman at the Bharadiya Vidya Bhavan. She learns Carnatic Vocal with Mr Vamshikrishna Vishnuthas and finished her fourth grade with PRSSV Board.
Gaya also learning western instrument such as Piano (grade 8 – Royal college of Music) from Mr Valentine Professor of Piano BM MM, Western Violin (Grade 7- Royal College of Music) from Mrs. Lydia McLean LTCL, GTCL, MTC, Master of Arts in Contemporary Ecclesiology and Clarinet (Grade 6- Royal College of Music) from Mrs.Gomm. She learned Key Board from Mrs. Archana Mukarji and completed 8Th grade and received the gold medal in her Diploma in the Victoria College Examination. She also learned the basic skills of western dance such as Ballet & Tap dance and completed primary examination at Imperial Society Dance examination board.
At North London Collegiate School she is actively participating in the middle school Orgestra, Concert Band, Choir, Clarinet group, and the String Group. She is an active member in the Radlett Youth Orchesta (RYO).
Apart from these Gaya is an International Chess Player. She was the Hertfortshire county under 11 Girls Chess Champion in 2014. Then she played at Abudhabi International Chess competition in 2015 and achieved 6th place. Recently she received Suprema award in the under 13 Girls Megafinals. She is also playing for the under 19 chess team at school.
Gaya achieved several gold medals trophies and prizes for her research work, dance, instrumental plays, chess and netball. She is also an active member in the netball, badminton and golf.
In the materialistic world it is pleasing to see Gayathri, a young girl value art & culture. She deserves the highest commendation and praise and it is sure she will climb the ladder of success and earn the respect of everyone.
